At Eltham Cosmetic Clinic we firmly believe that comprehensive consultation, assessment, and the thorough education of our clients is paramount to excellent treatment outcomes. The time spent with your practitioner during consultation is vitally important for communicating your concerns, lifestyle and medical history. We ask new clients set aside 45-60 minutes to engage in a comprehensive one-on-one consultation with your practitioner.
Please understand that full disclosure of medical and treatment history is paramount to not only your treatment outcome, but also your safety. Although all treatments provided are voluntary and of a cosmetic nature, the nature of these procedures means there are some medical conditions, disorders, medications and lifestyle factors that may render some clients unsuitable for one or some of our treatments. We trust that by providing you with the most comprehensive honest information you will do the same by fully disclosing medical information which may affect your treatment.

With a Diploma in Beauty Therapy and an Associate Degree in Applied Health Science (Dermal Therapies), Gretel has a strong passion and is results-driven when treating various skin conditions such as acne, pigmentation and redness and her love for treating all skin types shines through in her work.
