1. the prp process; step-by-step
First of all, your nurse will take a sample of your blood, just like you would have a blood test at your local doctors office. Your treating nurse will see that you're relaxing comfortably on our treatment bed, and will guide you through each and every step along the way.
2. separate; then concentrate.
The sample taken is then placed inside a concentrating device, and spun at high speeds in our centrifuge; a scientific machine often seen in a laboratory, used for separating fluids. The spinning of the blood separates the red blood cells from the plasma, the liquid gold portion of your blood. Your nurse then draws up the highly concentrated plasma portion of the sample into small syringes, and then administers the liquid plasma to almost any part of the face and body in need of regeneration, boosting, and health.
3. pure plasma, right where its needed
Once we have reduced the blood down to leave behind only the most pure, concentrated plasma, we then administer it to whichever area of tissue is in need of boosting, rejuvenating, healing or regeneration. The use of numbing agents is included with each treatment, to ensure you're as comfortable as can be throughout the process, and once the plasma is prepared and ready to go, the process of injecting the plasma takes 5-15 minutes for most of our clients
4. MOVE TO MAINTENANCE VISITS: see us less often
PRP treatments are performed as a course of treatments, generally spaced 4-6 weeks apart, and once you've reached your desired result, 6-12 monthly maintenance sessions are all that is required to keep your newfound hair confidence!
