Consultation with Registered Nurse
For all pricing and quotes for various treatments, we’ll need to meet you in person and provide you with an assessment face-to-face, to get to know your unique needs and to ensure you ave the very best guidance, advice and treatment plan.
Shape Restoration
Full lips are a feature of youthful attractiveness but as we age, the body’s natural substances like collagen, elastin and hyaluronic acid – all of which give skin structure and volume – gradually decrease. By using dermal lip fillers we are able to enhance the lip’s shape and restore lost volume to ensure results that both look and feel natural.
Visit our cosmetic clinic to find out more about the possibilities of lip enhancement (also known as lip fillers and lip augmentation) or Lip Flip. Lip fillers can be complimented with anti-wrinkle injections and dermal fillers.
Results Tailored To You
No two sets of lips are the same between clients; and nor should your lip enhancement treatment be. Our nurses are equipped with an array of techniques, injecting styles and variants in terms of the way they assess and approach each and every lip enhancement.
The injecting team are constantly honing and furthering their skills; especially when it comes to treating the lips, as they are one of the most challenging and dynamic areas of the face to treat.
Your preference in terms of enhancements, shape, contour, as well as everything you like (and don't like!) about lip enhancements you've come across, will all be covered in depth with your treating nurse during your initial consultation.
Common Questions
I know I need my lips done, do I need a consultation?
Yes. As lip fillers require a doctor’s assessment and prescription, all clients are required to undertake a consultation. During this consultation, your injector will work with you and the doctor to discuss the best course for treatment and set expectations.
Your injector will be upfront with you in your consultation as to whether the result you want is achievable and how many treatments you may require to get it.
How should I prepare for my treatment?
Avoid blood thinners three days before the treatment. This includes pain killers, vitamin E and fish oil.
If you have a history of cold sores, be sure to discuss this with your injector, as you may need to take preventative medication. Also be sure to follow any pre- and post-care instructions from your injector.
How long will my appointment take?
The treatment itself should only take between 15-30 minutes. It may be longer if you have having other areas such as cheeks treated at the same time.
When can I expect to see results?
You will see the results of your treatment almost immediately, however, it is very important to understand that your lips will be swollen. The degree of swelling is variable from person to person. You can’t predict how much swelling you will get until you have had them injected.
It is recommended not to have lip filler done if you have an important event within the first few days after treatment.
